Our company under the name “NIKI GROUP O.E.” (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “our”) based in Serres, Greece, designing integrated lighting solutions, with the distinctive title “NIKI GROUP” and which owns the present website “www.nikigroup.gr” in the context of compliance with the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (2016/679) and in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, wishes to inform you of the data collected and how they are used during your visit to our premises or through our website.
Principles governing the processing of the personal data
α) the processing of data is lawful, fair and transparent (‘lawfulness, objectivity and transparency’),

The personal data we process may include:
– Identification data: first name, surname, VAT number.
– Contact data: address, email address, telephone number.
– Payment data: bank accounts.
How the personal data is collected
In addition to personal contact with its customers and suppliers, our Company collects personal data through e-mail.
What is the purpose of the processing your personal data?
The Company and/or third parties who carry out the processing on behalf of and on behalf of the Company process your personal data for the sole purpose of promoting and marketing lighting material to our Company.
The Company, guarantees that your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those stated in this policy without your prior notification and, where required, your consent.

What are the legal bases for data processing
We rely on the following legal bases for processing your data as described above:
■ Contract.
The processing of your personal data is carried out at your request and within the framework of the contract between us for the purpose of marketing the products agreed upon.
■ Consent
The processing of personal data is carried out with your free, explicit and written or telephone consent and only to the extent necessary depending on the purpose of the processing and the time required in each case.

Product Qwnership – Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The content of the Website, including the distinctive titles, trademarks, brands, images, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, texts, etc., are our property to which we have full and exclusive ownership, except for those that are the subject of recognized rights of third parties, and are protected by the applicable provisions of national, Community and international law. Their appearance on the Website does not constitute and should not be construed as a transfer or assignment of a licence or right to use them. Indicatively, the publication, transmission, transfer, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, presentation, resale or any other use of both the content of the Website and our services or any part thereof, in any way or means for their commercial exploitation or for any other purpose not expressly agreed upon, is prohibited.

In the event of a possible transfer of your data to a third country, our Company has taken adequate measures to protect your Personal Data and has ensured that your data is transferred to third countries that provide an adequate level of protection of such data in accordance with the conditions set by European legislation.
